Our goal is that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may:

  • Exchange
  • Receive store credit for your item(s) 

You will be eligible for 100% reimbursement of the sale amount. We gladly accept items that are free from scratches, blemishes, sizing or alterations, and without signs of wear or tear. On Special Orders such as items with engraving and special ring sizes, a 30% restocking fee will be applied.

How to return an item purchased from our website:

Please follow 3 easy steps below:

 1) Obtain a Return Transaction Number (RTN)

When approved, you will receive an email with your Return Merchandise Authorization Number along with detail shipping and packaging instructions.


2) Package Your Order

Repack the item(s) in the original packaging materials. Any promotional item or free gift included with the order must be returned. If not returned, you will be subject to the full retail price of the item.

To receive a refund, you must provide the original packaging and documentation. Write the Return Transaction Number (RTN) on the receipt and on the outside of the package.

3) Shipping & Insurance


For your protection, we recommend shipping returns insured using FedEx, UPS, or USPS Express or Priority Mail. The package will be returned to its original sender if the Return Transaction Number (RTN) is not included on the box or if it has been damaged or tampered with. Please note: for security purposes, do not write jewelry, diamonds, gold or any other related items on the outside of the box.  Return shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Its imperative that you ship the returns ONLY through REGISTERED INSURED mail.

We don’t initiate the refund if it gets lost / stolen in mail.

Sending it through REGISTERED INSURED mail protects you against postal thefts

Cancelled Orders

  •  If for any reason you wish to cancel your order, please contact customer service.
  •  For the interest of customers, we refund 100% refund, without any restocking fees, if the cancelation is notified within 2 days of the order date
  •  There is a 30% restocking fee for the cancellation of any Special Order items.


Terms & Conditions:

  • Any item purchased that is lost or stolen, or mysteriously disappears in whole or part while in your possession shall not be covered under our guarantee.
  • Our quality team inspects & reserves the right to verify the authenticity of the product.
  • We do not accept damaged / replaced / scratched / altered goods. Such returns are disqualified from being refunded
  • Once your item(s) have been received and accepted, you will receive a full refund for the cost of the item excluding shipping, handling and insurance charges.
  • Please allow 7-12 business days after the item(s) has been received for your credit to be processed. Refunds will be issued using the same type of payment used in the original purchase.
  • On disputed items, Ocean Jewelers will only accept appraisals done by an independent appraiser, one who does not buy or sell loose precious gems or jewelry.
